Online Resources (now ACI Worldwide) specialized in online bill payment, payment processing, and developed the first online virtual collections agent.

Working at Online Resources (ORCC), I was tasked with managing very large design and user interface projects for leading retail and banking merchants such as Bank of America, Target, Citi, BMW/Mini and National City (now PNC Bank).

I spearheaded a rebranding effort for the entire ORCC brand, helping to separate their large variety of products while keeping a similar feel throughout.

I created wireframes and artwork for Strategy Manager, an in-house tool that aimed to automatically determine which offers a person in collections would be presented with.
